  • Payment Timelines: All course fees, including down payments, token amounts, or monthly instalments (if applicable), must be paid on or before the specified due dates.
  • Taxes: All fees are subject to applicable government taxes (such as GST) in India, which will be calculated and added to your course fee at the time of invoicing.
  • Seat Allocation: Seats in our physical batches are highly limited. A seat is only guaranteed once the booking/token amount is successfully received and confirmed by our administration team.

3. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

All content included on our Website and distributed during our training sessions—including but not limited to curriculum designs, lesson plans, presentations, video recordings, physical/digital notes, graphics, code snippets, and logos—is the exclusive intellectual property of Zeenik Academy.

  • Personal Use Only: Course materials are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

  • Discipline: Any form of misbehaviour, harassment, use of offensive language, or disruption in the physical classroom or digital forums against trainers, staff, or fellow students will not be tolerated.
  • Attendance: Regular attendance is crucial for your learning. While we try to support students who miss classes due to emergencies, the Academy is not obligated to arrange separate backup classes for routine absenteeism.
  • Termination: The Academy reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment immediately, without a refund, if they are found violating our code of conduct.

5. Course Delivery & Administrative Modifications

As an operational training centre, we require flexibility to manage logistics effectively:

  • Batch Scheduling: The Academy reserves the right to alter batch timings, merge smaller batches, change trainers, or delay the start date of a batch due to logistical constraints, trainer unavailability, or public holidays.
  • Hybrid/Online Transition: In the event of extreme weather, local administrative lockdowns, public emergencies, or technical infrastructure failures, the Academy reserves the right to temporarily shift physical classroom sessions to an online, live digital format to ensure learning continuity.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Skill Dependency: Digital marketing is a skill-based domain. The Academy provides industry-standard training and tools, but individual results, learning speeds, and success depend entirely on the student’s effort, practice, and aptitude.
  • No Earnings/Job Guarantee: While we provide extensive career guidance, placement assistance, and internship opportunities, we do not guarantee specific jobs, placement selections, salary packages, or freelance client earnings. Final hiring decisions rest solely with prospective employers.
  • Third-Party Tools: During the course, we may introduce you to various third-party digital marketing tools, platforms, or dashboards (e.g., Google, Meta, WordPress plugins). The Academy is not responsible for any changes in policies, pricing, or technical glitches on those external platforms.

7. Termination of Use
