Welcome to Zeenik Academy (“Academy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Admission & Fees Policy governs the process of student enrollment, registration, seat allocation, and fee payments for our digital marketing training programs, whether delivered at our physical centre in Delhi or via our online learning models.

By applying for admission or paying any registration fee to Zeenik Academy, you (“Student”, “User”) agree to strictly comply with the terms and rules outlined below.

1. Admission Eligibility & Process

  • Skill-First Orientation: Zeenik Academy is an agency-style training institute focused on 100% hands-on application. Admissions are open to students, working professionals, freelancers, and business owners looking to learn practical digital marketing.

  • Accuracy of Credentials: Applicants must provide authentic contact numbers, emails, addresses, and government-issued identification (such as Aadhaar, PAN, or driving license) during the onboarding process for invoicing and student verification.

  • Right to Refuse: Because our batches feature limited seating to ensure personal attention, Zeenik Academy reserves the right to deny admission to any applicant if batch capacities are exceeded or if an applicant fails to meet our basic eligibility criteria.

2. Seat Booking & Registration

  • Token/Booking Amount: To reserve a seat in an upcoming physical or online batch, a student must pay a non-refundable registration/token amount specified by the administration.

  • Seat Expiry: Paying a token amount holds a seat for a specific batch. If the student fails to complete the remaining admission formalities or pay the balance fee by the stipulated batch start date, Zeenik Academy reserves the right to allocate that seat to another waiting candidate.

3. Fee Structure & Payment Terms

  • Clear Pricing: The absolute course fee structure, applicable discounts (if any), and payment schedules will be clearly finalised and provided to you in writing via an official admission receipt or invoice at the time of registration.

  • Taxes: All course fees are subject to applicable Indian Government taxes (such as GST), which will be calculated and itemised clearly on your tax invoice.

  • Payment Modes: Zeenik Academy accepts payments through secure, authorised channels, including Net Banking, UPI, Credit/Debit cards, or official corporate cheques. Cash payments must be made directly at our authorised centre desk against a valid physical receipt.

  • Instalment Facilities: If a student is granted an instalment-based fee structure, each payment milestone must be cleared on or before the agreed-upon due date.

4. Late Fees & Non-Payment Consequences

To maintain our academic schedule and cover resource costs, timely payments are necessary:

  • Late Fee Grace Period: A grace period of 3 working days from the due date is allowed for instalment clearings.

  • Suspension of Access: If a student fails to clear their overdue instalments past the grace period without a prior written arrangement with the management, Zeenik Academy reserves the right to temporarily suspend their classroom access, digital learning dashboards, and training resources until the dues are settled.

5. Batch Shifting & Transfers

  • Shifting Fee: Once a student is assigned to a specific batch timeline (e.g., Morning, Evening, or Weekend), requests to change batches are subject to seat availability in the parallel slot and may incur an administrative batch-shifting charge.

  • Offline to Online Transitions: As Zeenik Academy expands into online classes, students currently enrolled in our offline centre may request a transition to a virtual batch, subject to management approval and fee adjustments based on the active curriculum formats.

6. Jurisdiction & Legal Compliance

This Admission & Fees Policy is governed under the jurisdiction of the laws of India. Any unresolved disputes or administrative grievances regarding fees or admissions shall be strictly subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
