At Zeenik Academy (“Academy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we are dedicated to providing a premium, agency-style learning experience focused on 100% hands-on application. To maintain our high standards of training, manage our physical classroom infrastructure in Delhi, and seamlessly coordinate our upcoming online programs, we operate under a structured academic framework.

This Course Delivery & Batch Rescheduling Policy outlines how our training modules are delivered and details the rules governing batch timings, modifications, and unexpected rescheduling. By enrolling in any program at Zeenik Academy, you (“Student”) agree to adhere to these operational terms.

1. Course Delivery Models

A. Offline (Classroom) Learning

  • Training is conducted physically at our authorized center in Ashok Vihar, Delhi. Students are expected to attend their assigned slots regularly.

  • High-speed internet access and necessary projection facilities are provided at the center. Students are required to bring their own laptops to ensure active, hands-on campaign building and dashboard practice.

B. Online Live Learning (As Applicable)

  • Virtual batches are delivered via secure, live interactive video streaming platforms.

  • Access credentials, links, and digital learning portals are assigned exclusively to registered students and are strictly non-transferable.

2. Batch Allocation and Scheduling

  • Fixed Slots: Upon completion of admission formalities, students are allocated a specific batch timeline (e.g., Weekday Morning/Evening or Weekend slots).

  • Syllabus Progression: Our courses follow an agency-style milestone format. To ensure no student falls behind, missing classes regularly without prior written notice to the administration is strongly discouraged.

3. Right to Reschedule and Modify Batches

To ensure optimal training delivery and efficient resource management, Zeenik Academy reserves the right to make administrative adjustments when necessary:

  • Trainer Modification: To provide the best practical insights, we may assign different industry experts or specialized agency trainers for different modules of a course. The Academy reserves the right to switch or replace a trainer mid-course without prior notice.

  • Batch Timings & Merging: If a specific batch falls below the minimum required student strength to facilitate healthy group discussions and peer learning, the Academy reserves the right to adjust class timings or merge parallel batches.

  • Delayed Batch Launch: While we aim to launch batches exactly on the announced dates, a batch start date may be deferred by up to 7 to 10 working days due to logistical alignments or pending seat fulfillments.

4. Emergency Disruptions & Hybrid Transition

Physical operations in Delhi can occasionally face unexpected disruptions beyond our control—including extreme weather conditions, public holidays, power grid failures, local administrative lockdowns, or sudden trainer emergencies.

  • Temporary Online Shifting: In the event of any localized disruption that makes physical access to our Ashok Vihar center unsafe or impossible, Zeenik Academy reserves the right to temporarily move physical classroom sessions to a live online digital format.

  • Continuity of Learning: Such a temporary shift is designed to protect your learning momentum and avoid delaying your graduation timeline. These changes will not entitle a student to any fee refunds or batch cancellations.

5. Student Requests for Batch Shifting

We understand that sudden professional or personal changes can impact your schedule. If you need to change your allocated batch:

  • Written Request: The student must submit a formal batch-shift request via email to [email protected] at least 5 working days before they wish to switch.

  • Approval & Seat Availability: Batch shifting is strictly subject to seat availability in the requested target slot and requires formal clearance from the center head.

  • Administrative Charges: Frequent batch hopping disrupts curriculum schedules. While the first batch transfer may be considered on compassionate grounds, subsequent shifts may incur an administrative batch-shifting fee.
