At Zeenik Academy (“Academy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we strive to deliver a premium, agency-style educational experience with a 100% hands-on approach. Because our training slots feature limited physical and digital seating capacities to maintain top-tier instruction quality, cancellations significantly disrupt batch planning and resource allocation.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of course enrollments and the refund of fees paid to Zeenik Academy. By registering for a course, booking a demo seat, or transferring any fee amount, you (“Student”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
1. General Fee Terms

All enrollment fees, down payments, and token amounts are calculated based on fixed seat allocations for a specific batch timeline.

Any applicable government taxes (such as GST) collected at the time of payment are immediately processed and remitted to the tax authorities and are completely non-refundable.
2. Token & Registration Fees

Non-Refundable Booking: The token/booking amount paid by a student to reserve a seat in an upcoming batch is strictly non-refundable. This amount covers administrative processing, syllabus booking, and ensures that the seat is withheld from other prospective applicants.
3. Course Cancellation & Refund Timeline
We believe in absolute transparency. Refund requests are evaluated strictly based on the following timeline milestones:

Before the Batch Commences: If a student formally requests a cancellation in writing at least 7 days prior to the official scheduled start date of their assigned batch, a partial refund may be granted. Zeenik Academy will refund the balance course fee paid, minus the non-refundable registration/token amount and processing charges.

Within 3 Days of Batch Commencement: If a student decides to withdraw within the first 3 days of the batch starting, they may request a partial refund. Zeenik Academy will deduct a proportional fee for resources used and administrative handling, refunding the remaining portion.

After 3 Days of Batch Commencement: Once a student has attended more than 3 days of classes, or if the batch has progressed past its first week, no refunds or cancellations will be entertained under any circumstances. At this stage, resources have been fully deployed, trainers have been allocated, and the seat cannot be reallocated to another candidate.
4. Special Situations & Batch Transfers
Instead of a cancellation, Zeenik Academy offers flexible alternatives for students facing genuine emergencies:

Batch Deferral: If a student cannot continue their course due to unpredictable medical or professional emergencies, they may submit formal documentation to the center head. At our discretion, we may allow the student to pause their studies and resume in a subsequent batch within 6 months, subject to seat availability.

Offline-to-Online Adjustments: If a student relocates or can no longer attend our physical center in Ashok Vihar, Delhi, they can request a transfer to our online live batch models (once active). No refund will be issued for fee differences, but the credit will be fully adjusted toward their online curriculum and digital resources.
5. Course Cancellation by the Academy
Zeenik Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone a batch due to logistical constraints, trainer emergencies, extreme weather conditions, or local government administrative mandates.

In the rare event that the Academy cancels a batch entirely and cannot offer an alternative schedule or an online transition model, a 100% full refund of the fee received for that specific batch will be processed to the affected students.
6. Processing of Approved Refunds

Mode of Refund: All approved refunds will be processed directly back to the original bank account, UPI ID, or payment instrument used at the time of transaction. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Timeline: Once a written refund request is formally approved by the Zeenik Academy management team, the financial transaction will be completed within 7 to 14 business days.
7. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any misunderstandings, disputes, or claims concerning this policy should first be brought directly to our administration office for an amicable resolution. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, all legal proceedings shall be subject strictly to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
